We can definitely create a project with the highest quality possible. Finding the best quality stock art, customizing and editing. Using the best stocks and finishing services can also extend the time of the project.
Priority is on Cost / Staying within budget
We can definitely stay with-in your budget. This however can limit some stocks choices and eliminate some high quality finishing services that would increase the price.
Quick Turnaround and Highest Quality would be a Higher Budget
Quick Turnaround and Lower Cost this option would not have the best quality
High Quality and Lower Cost Longest Turnaround time with Low/Medium Budget
